The afternoon session was even more exciting… “Personality Power For Champion Sales“. The more than 150 participants learnt the different types of sales people, how to motivate each type of sales person, what type of sales people you will need in your team, how to improve the power in your team by having the right combination of people. It was such a cheerful session, everyone discovered which type of sales people they are, their strengths and weaknesses, how to improve their performance based on their strengths, what type of sales people their colleagues are, and most interesting of all, what type of sales person their sales manager/supervior is.

We finished at 5pm with everyone singing a song together.

A very happy day. Thank you Palembang, thank you Palembang School of Life for organising the event so professionally, so efficiently and so successfully !
