Asuransi Jasa Raharja Putra’s One Day Training With James Gwee

55 sales people of Asuransi Jasa Raharja Putra from all over Indonesia were gathered in the training room of Hotel BumiWiyata in Depok. By 8.15am the training started. First, James inspired the participants about the importance of understanding applying the “LEARN”-”EARN” sequence. After coffee break, the training continued and James explained to everyone the “Magic” Formula for Selling, and show participants step-by-step how to increase their sales by 200%, and then by 300%. During lunch time, one of the participants, Pak Irwan said “Pak James, walaupun sesinya singkat - hanya empat jam, sy dapat banyak sekali ide yang bisa saya langsung praktekan. Saya rasa sangat termotivasi. Terima kasih Pak.” You’r most welcome Pak Irwan.
After lunch, the training continued with some indoor and outdoor team-building activities - with the main purpose of “refreshing”… The training was conducted by James Gwee’s & Academia’s strategic partner and very good friend Pak Kuntana…
The training for the next intake of Asuransi Jasa Raharja Putra’s sales people will be on next Monday… Really looking forward to that session as well…
