How To Motivate My Employees So That They Are POSITIVE, PRO-ACTIVE and ENTHUSIASTIC ???

This is the question that I have been asked so often during my in-house training, public seminars, radio talk shows, by sms, etc.
And the good news is that we have discovered and formulated the SOLUTION.
The problem of employee motivation is complex and involves many aspects. Besides external factors such as the capability of his superior, the system in the organisation (reward, incentive, appreciation, etc) the working environment in the offce, etc the MAIN factor is, of course, the individual himself (herself).
In terms of INTERNAL factor, there r many aspects to look at :
- The way the individual THINKS
- His expectations of himself
- His expectations of others around him
- The expectations of others towards him
- His self-identity and self-worth
- His personal values
- His goals (or lack of goals), etc
Once you help the individual to be CLEAR about all the above, his life AUTOMATICALLY becomes more purposeful, and almost INSTANTLY he CHANGES and becomes a Positive, Pro-active and Enthusiastic person at work. Why? Because he now has a clearer purpose and idea of why he comes to work everyday.
However, it requires know-how, a systematic approach and experience to be able to do all these - within a very short time of one day.
We have discovered and formulated the SOLUTION.
We have conducted this training for SO MANY companies and the results have always been VERY GOOD. In fact we had already conducted the public seminar in 2008 and the response was FANTASTIC !
