James Gwee Shows 500 Bank Bukopin Sales Staff the Way to Become Superstar Sales People

It was a Saturday morning at Bank Bukopin MT Haryono, Jakarta. .My seminar was scheduled to start at 9am, and it DID started PUNCTUALLY at 9am! It was my third seminar for the sales staff of Bank Bukopin. This time, more that 500 staff had turned up for this seminar on Saturday morning despite the fact that this was a long weekend ! IMPRESSIVE ! I truly appreciate their desire and enthusiasm to learn ! 500 people came on a long weekend, punctually and cheerfully to learn to sell better ! Wonderful !

Throughout the 3-hour session, they learnt the correct steps of “What-Who-How”. They took notes, they actively participated in the exercises… The participants were so enthusiastic that we added extra time !

Equally amazing was that so many of them purchased my CDs and books so that they could continue to increase their knowledge and improve their selling skills.
Pak Rifnaldi, was, as usual, the man behind all this wonderful co-ordination. He came early, and stayed till the very end to send us off. Throughout the session he was always paying attention to details, co-ordinating the lights, the snacks, everything- to ensure everything went smoothly – and everything DID move along very smoothly !.. What a positive example of being responsible and a gracious host. Once again, THANK YOU Pak Rifnaldi. We really look forward to the opportunity to be of service to you & Bank Bukopin in the near future…

To everyone who attended the seminar, remember to start looking for the right “WHO”, so that you can learn the correct “HOW”.
