This one day seminar in Hotel Horison Bandung, participants were given ideas, strategies and motivation to prepare themselves, their sub-ordinates and their team to mentally and strategically to not only meet the challenges of 2009, but to WIN in 2009. The seminar started at 9.30 am with Pak Handito Joewono as the first speaker and provided participants with Economic Outlook 2009 and strategies to prepare ahead. James Gwee came in after lunch as the second speaker to give ideas of how to become better leaders and how to build a solid team in times of crisis. Pak Andrie Wongso came in as the last speaker to motivate participants to have the mindset of winner. The combination of the 3 speakers was just ideal. FANTASTIC!
