HOW TO BE AN EFECTIVE SALES & MARKETING MANAGER & SUPERVISOR. After one year of Roadshow with Astra Honda Motor, FX Hadi & James Gwee conducted a 2 days workshop for main dealers & dealers of Honda Motor in Jambi & surrounding areas including Padang etc. FX Hadi handled Day 1 Monday, teaching Marketing ideas & concepts. James handled Day 2 doing Motivation, Practical Ideas to Up Sales & Service Excellence. It was a very productive 2 days. After the workshop, the participants did not go home immediately ! They stayed back to discuss how the lessons & ideas learnt in the last 2 days can be implemented at work. Participants were very positive & very motivated to want to improve ! Success always Jambi !
