3 POWERFUL HOURS WITH THE MANAGERS OF BANK BRI

This morning I spent 3 very fruitful hours with the managers of Bank BRI at Gedung BRI 1 in their regular management learning seminar. The topic was “Customer Centric Management”. It’s so good to know that Bank BRI is doing all it can to significantly improve Customer Service. No doubt this will be a challenge because it is such a large oraganisation. However, once management is COMMITED, FOCUSSED and READY TO CHANGE, everything is possible. KeepĀ  moving forward Bank BRI!
