James Gwee’s Seminar at GBI Puri was held on Thursday night 22 July 2010 at GBI Puri (Puri Mal, Jakarta).
The event was scheduled to begin at 7pm and about 200 people were scheduled to attend. However more than 300 show up! What a positive response!
The topic was “Maximize Your Talents In Business”. The audience comprised mostly people who attend GBI Puri church services, and their friends, employees and business partners. Several university students were also seen amongst the audience.
James was scheduled to speak for 90minutes, but due to the great response and the interesting content, he ended up speaking for a total of 2 hours and 15minutes. The amazing thing was that everyone stay on till the end.
After the seminar, so many people registered to become members of James’ e-learning website www.SeminarSeumurHidup.com.

More than 100 Business Owners and Managers attend James Gwee’s “Effective Delegation Skills” seminar in Bandung on 19 July at Hotel Grand Pasundan.
The seminar was organised by James Gwee’s representative in Bandung Harmony Pro.
Before James’ session in the afternoon, more than 100 sales executives had attended a sales seminar entitled “10 Kesalahan Orang Sales” conducted Herman Josef from Surabaya.
Some of the participants from the morning session stayed on for James’ afternoon session. 40% of the participants attending the afternoon were familiar faces – people who had attended James’ seminar several times.
The 3-hour session ended at 5.15pm.

Another explosive seminar – James Gwee’s HANDLING COMPLAINTS Seminar in Semarang, Indonesia.
This time, beyond even the organisers’ expectations, more than 600 people registered to attend this seminar! This really reflected the awareness of businesses in Semarang of the important need to be able to handle customer’s complains professionally.
“Kami sudah tahu mutu dari seminar James Gwee. Maka kali ini kami kirimkan seluruh tim front line dan back office dari tim kami.”… Was the comment from one of the managers who sent 15 of his employees to the seminar.
Dua Kelinci sent more than 50 people to the seminar, as did many other companies who sent so many of their employees to attend.
After the seminar ended, many participants could been seen shaking James’ hand to say “Thank you, I learnt so much today about the right way to handle complaints !”
One participant was overheard to be saying to James “I’m so inpired today to handle my customer’s complaints professionally from today onwards!”

James Gwee inspires PT Beton Pekasa in their 1 day training “Power Closing Techniques to Close The Deal to Triple Your Sales!”. It was held on Thursday 10 June 2010 at Hotel Santika Serpong.
Sales and marketing staff of PT Beton Perkasa from all over Indonesia came to attend this one day training. James Gwee started the session at 9am sharp. Within half a day, participants had already learned some of the most basic and yet extremely powerful principles to truly succeed in their work.
After lunch, James Gwee’s Associate Trainer Pandu Pramono took over and he taught the participants all the techniques, tips and tricks to “Close the Deal”
“Hebat ! Dalam satu hari, saya bisa begitu banyak belajar dan terinspirasi sehingga pola pikir saya dirubah total – malah bisa bilang pikiran saya jadi jungkal balik !
