Karena begitu besarnya animo dari calon peserta , maka efektif 30 Desember 2009 kami melakukan beberapa perubahan mengenai persyaratan untuk bisa memberikan kesempatan kepada lebih banyak calon peserta untuk mengikuti program SALES FORCE COMPETITION ini. Berikut adalah beberapa persyaratannya :
1. Berusia 20 – 40 tahun
2. Tertarik dengan dunia penjualan
3. Mengisi Formulir dan melengkapi data yang dibutuhkan untuk kemudian mengirimkan kembali via email ke info@jamesgwee.com terakhir tanggal 18 Januari 2010.
Pengembalian formulir dan persyaratan melebihi tanggal 18 Januari 2010 tidak akan diterima oleh panitia. Setelah itu panitia akan memilih dan menentukan 100 orang terbaik untuk masuk dalam tahap kedua.
Dalam tahap kedua setiap peserta akan mengikuti SALES COMPETITION dengan ketentuan dan aturan yang akan diinformasikan menyusul.

3 Hours With All The Distributors of Caplang All Over Indonesia

My sons have been using CapLang balsem since baby. I, myself, often use the balsem… Finally today, I get to meet the wonderful people who manufacture, distribute and market the balem that is in almost every Indonesian home.
The event ? Eagle IndoPharma’s national distributors meeting at Hotel Novotel in Bandung. The raker was into it’s 3rd and final day, and yet the more than 100 participants looked fresh and were in a cheerful spirit. The session started punctually at 3pm. The topic “Change To Succeed, Succeed To Change”. Those who were present comprised experienced and established entrepreneurs, the second (even their!) generation entrepreneurs and their managers. The contents stretched from “Change”, to world economics, to business management. Particicipants even had time to watch the “Who Moved My Cheese” video and discuss the insights gained from the very simple but extremely relevant and powerful story… The session extended by nearly 1.5 hours ! But everybody was enthusiastic and charged up!
President Director Pak Edy Hardijana Tjugito and his whle management team were so supportive, encouraging and stayed on throughout the seminar, lending their moral support from beginning till end. Thank you Pak Edy & team!
By 7pm, we had no choice but to end the session because we had to go for dinner together. So we proceeded to Grand Eastern for a grand 10 course dinner, hosted by Pak Sudirdja Gunadi, the distributor of CapLang products based in Bandung, who was the host of the 3 day Raker in Bandung. Pak Surdirdja had also provided a keyboardist and a lady singer to accompany dinner. But the real fun came when Eagle’s distributors started to go on stage to sing and dance - including Mr & Mr Surdirdja ! It was a thoroughly enjoyable dinner wonderful atmosphere…

James Gwee’s Seminar for Sales Executives of Asuransi Jasa Raharja Putera from All Over Indonesia

This was the 2nd batch of sales executives of Asuransi Jasa Raharja Putera from all over Indonesia to attend this one day training “Transfor Yourself, Increase Your Value to Become A Superstar Employee”.
James’ session was only for 3 hours, but he used these 3 hours to maximum advantage to totally change the paradigm of the participants about success, about time and about wealth. He explained to them the PATTERN to succeed and to achieve everything the set their goals on. He explained to the 65 participants who were present how to apply this PATTERN to up their sales by 200%, 300% even 500%.
After James’ morning session, it was lunchtime. After lunch, it was team building activities conducted by James’ colleague and partner Kuntana.

Asuransi Jasa Raharja Putra’s One Day Training With James Gwee

55 sales people of Asuransi Jasa Raharja Putra from all over Indonesia were gathered in the training room of Hotel BumiWiyata in Depok. By 8.15am the training started. First, James inspired the participants about the importance of understanding applying the “LEARN”-”EARN” sequence. After coffee break, the training continued and James explained to everyone the “Magic” Formula for Selling, and show participants step-by-step how to increase their sales by 200%, and then by 300%. During lunch time, one of the participants, Pak Irwan said “Pak James, walaupun sesinya singkat - hanya empat jam, sy dapat banyak sekali ide yang bisa saya langsung praktekan. Saya rasa sangat termotivasi. Terima kasih Pak.” You’r most welcome Pak Irwan.
After lunch, the training continued with some indoor and outdoor team-building activities - with the main purpose of “refreshing”… The training was conducted by James Gwee’s & Academia’s strategic partner and very good friend Pak Kuntana…
The training for the next intake of Asuransi Jasa Raharja Putra’s sales people will be on next Monday… Really looking forward to that session as well…

JAMES GWEE CREATE NEW RECORD IN BALI - 1200 PARTICIPANTS !!

This was the BIGGEST seminar in Bali! It was BEYOND expectations ! 1200 people attended James Gwee’s seminar in Bali “How To Become A Pro-Active, Positive and Energized Employee At Work”. Many companies sent 20, 50 of their staff, 2 companies sent 100 staff to attend ! FANTASTIC !
This historic seminar was held at Aston Convention Centre.. Even as the seminar started, people still came to register… To those who were rejected, our most sincere apologies because the organisers wanted to ensure that those who came and registered earlier could attend the seminar in comfort by not over-packing the convention hall… Congratulations Narayana Production for your professionalism and for your commitment to give the best to our client ! Keep it up !
The seminar started punctually - VERY IMPRESSIVE ! The audience was SO ENTHUSIASTIC that James added ONE HOUR EXTRA ! Everybody stayed on to learn, get inspired.
The 1200 participants received many powerful lessons and all went home more excited, inspired and committed to become STAR EMPLOYEES.
The most happy thing about the event that part of the revenue from the seminar was donated to Lions Club to enable them to continue their very good and noble work to improve the quality of life.
